Greater South Agency dates back to the late 1940's when Thomas Slagsvol and his close friend began a family insurance agency. Two of his sons joined the firm upon their completion of college. Times were changing. Twenty-five years after joining the firm, Whit and Bill stand at the helm of a very active firm that has grown far beyond the dreams of their father.

It is our mission to develop and foster a talented team that places education, training, and most importantly an entrepreneurial spirit at the top of our list. State of the art automation drives the service engine of Greater South Agency while hands-on attention to detail delivers the promise.
